A six minute peak behind the scenes and some live performances

What We do

This band is adaptable to any playing situation any room and any audience

Sound and Light

We can use what you have or bring in a full PA System. We mix with a computer connected sound board and EV powered speakers and Alto Monitors on stage. We use subwoofers for larger rooms or outdoor shows. The band keeps stage volume low and then adjusts the mains to the needs of the room. We also have a small light system that can enhance the experience of a live show

All acoustic sets

In situations where volume can drive people away or conversation is as important as the music, the band plays the same great music with acoustic guitars. It is a unique approach that audiences and club owners love

The Music

Looking for 3 short 45 minute sets? How about two shows at an hour and a half each? Whatever you preferences are we can accommodate.

Classic rock with a touch of country? What about some blues? Something to dance to? Whatever your audience is accustomed to we have you covered

Tech Rider

Mad Millie is a 4 piece band with two electric guitars, bass and drummer. Three of the band members sing (including the drummer) The lead singer also uses an acoustic guitar which requires a direct box or direct input.

3 stage monitors across the front and one for the drummer. A stage plot is available on request

We can supply mics stands and cords, monitors, or the entire PA

Brown M&Ms are fine

Band Members

This is us!

Gary Patton Bass and Vocals

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Gary’s early musical influences included Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, The Kingston Trio, The Beach Boys and many groups from the mid-60’s British Invasion - most notably The Beatles.

Playing in cover bands of the late 60s and early 70s required diverse skills, and Gary played various styles from Motown to country. He performed across several states for nearly a decade before moving to Denver in 1982. In 1997, he resumed his musical career and has been active since.

Randy Clauson Lead Guitar

Randy Clauson started his first band in his teens in rural Iowa and continued playing in various bands in the Des Moines, IA area until moving to Denver.

A couple of Iowa bands he played in are, "69th Streepyville Band" and "Foxfire".

He played in several bands in the Denver front range area through the years, two of which are the "Line 2 Band” and the “Blues Brethren”. He created the “Mad Millie Band" in 2017.

In addition to music he has an extensive Fine Art background and enjoys painting

Ken Hoffman Drums and Vocals

Kenny is a veteran of the Colorado music scene having performed in various acts for decades including the Rick Lewis Band. His rhythms are peppered with a snap and flair that make him the perfect Backbone for the band

Doug Fisichella Vocals and Guitar

Born in NYC and raised on Long Island, Doug got his first drum set at age 9. Picking up the guitar as an adult he found his next love.

He moved to Colorado in the early 90s and never looked back. Performing as a vocalist for original bands such as Dames Rocket and River Road West, Doug still writes and records original music in his own recording studio.

Mad Millie is the first cover band he has worked with in 20 years and the first he has ever played guitar.
